Our Senior Manager position is designed to offer a challenging opportunity to candidates with managerial experience. Senior Managers are almost always promoted from within at FreedomCar. However, we are actively looking for person(s) with management backgrounds to help FreedomCar achieve our growth goals within the Baltimore residential and corporate markets. You can be confident you’ll play a key role in helping us maintain our extraordinary customer satisfaction standards.
In addition to the “Ideal skill set” and responsibilities described for our Associate Manager position, Senior Managers are expected to know how to manage a team for best results. They are expected to build expertise in operations decisions as well as reservations/sales and one specific area of responsibility that speaks to a professional strength (examples: technology, social media, fleet, human resources, physical facilities).

Bachelor’s Degree, GPA 3.0 or higher
Alternatives: Military service, 4+ years
AA Degree + commensurate employment experience
2 years of management experience, preferred
Excellent driving record; 8 years driving experience minimum
Have a full COVID vaccination
