As a membership-based service for older adults in the Baltimore metropolitan area, we provide scheduled weekly contact and personalized support for anyone aging in place.
We assess. We manage. We coordinate.
Your household is assigned a personal representative—their title is Client Advocate. Your Advocate is educated, personable, intelligent, and invested, because when we assign them to you that assignment is regular and long term. Let’s introduce you to Debbie Kennision, our Client Advocate for the pilot program:
FreedomCar-CONNECT Client Advocate
Debbie is the heart of FreedomCar-CONNECT. She’s the one who checks in, schedules appointments, coordinates services, and makes sure everything runs smoothly—just like family would.
Debbie’s first visit is a two-hour session consisting of an assessment, as well as an introduction. Establishing needs and goals is the objective, creating a blueprint for stability, happiness, good health, and continued independence.
Thereafter, Debbie will visit you once a week for an hour at a regularly scheduled time during the week. She will provide a weekly recap report and review it with you to ensure your needs, goals, and budget are being met—and to confirm you’re satisfied with the service.
“My best day is when I feel like I’ve made someone else’s day a little bit brighter. I am excited to be part of this new venture because I love hearing people’s stories and helping them find solutions to anything that could make their life better.”
We ensure your loved ones stay safe, supported, and stress-free by helping to coordinate:
