Recently, we received a bad review on Google.
Two, actually, but they were from the same customer using an alias email address. Thoughtfully, they then did the same thing on Yelp.
For a day or so it kept us up at night, but when you do 3000 services a month you’re going to make someone unhappy.
We were reminded of three important things:
This is the price of popularity.
Bad reviews, if healthfully outnumbered by good reviews, make the good reviews more credible.
This is the moment Mark and Robyne, who never like emails that make requests of their clients, should do exactly that, and ask you to post more reviews on Google and Yelp. So here we are, doing that.
If you’re happy with the services you receive, please say so in a way that reaches more ears than just Mark’s.
