Welcome to FreedomCar’s THIRD of SIX celebrations in honor of our 30th birthday, in which we invite you to join us in support of 30 locally owned organizations—five each month for six months!

We all know and love these places, some of which you can support immediately, some will have to wait. We’re supporting all of them NOW on your behalf and asking you to enjoy them whenever you feel comfortable doing so.

So far we’ve given away $100 gift certificates to the following:

Restaurants:

Here’s how it works:
We pose a trivia question associated in some way with the organizations we’re celebrating. Five winners selected randomly from correct responses will be awarded $100 gift certificates. There’s no catch. Read the Rules of the Road for more details. Enjoy!

You know they’re doing something right. Seems appropriate to celebrate our 30th in such fine company…

Last month we asked, who was the designer and architect of Baltimore’s Senator Theatre? The correct answer was John Jacob Zink. The bonus question involved naming another prominent movie theatre he designed that was omitted on the Wikipedia page… the answer was the Ambassador Theatre, located on Liberty Heights Avenue. It’s still there… but sadly vacant.
