When we floated this idea past you a couple of weeks ago, we really didn’t know how it would go over. So, here’s the update:  We’ve detailed 50 of your cars to date and you’ve been really happy with the result. Thanks to you, we’ve been able to recall three of our furloughed employees!

We’ve also learned a lot about your preferences. Some of you asked for pick up and delivery of your car, which we now offer for fees in the $15-$25 range within most of the metro area. Our complimentary transportation for those willing to drop the car off remains unchanged.

Some of you were so pleased with the job that you’re asking us to keep the car looking like it currently does! Accordingly, we’ve designed a less intensive option for follow-up treatments every couple of months or so for a fraction of the first detail fee. There’s no reason your car shouldn’t keep looking this terrific forever.
